In the company I’m having the tendency to forget my appointment. Like in any “good” company MS Exchange is used to organize meetings and appointments. When I’m receiving an invitation via email I’m dutifully clicking on the link, which is included in the appointment and which brings me to the MS Exchange web interface and I’m putting the date into my calendar. So far, so good, but how am I going to be notified that a date is due, when I don’t spend any time in Windows. After all I’m a *nix man and as far as I know, Exchange doesn’t send email reminders.

Some time ago with an older KDE version I managed to synchronize kpim with Exchange, but I can’t get this to work anymore with KDE 3.5.1. Also no success with Gnome Evolution.

Then via del.icio.us I’ve found this. Back to the good old paper office. This looks kinda cool and cute. I’m going to check for the next couple of weeks, if I’m having more success with this method.
